Why We Built This Site
Public access does not place every Miami County warrant record in one database. Miami Circuit Court, Superior Courts I and II, and Peru City Court control their cases. The Clerk maintains filings, while the Sheriff serves warrants and publishes a warrant and protective-orders contact. MyCase may show a public event, yet restricted or newly filed material may be unavailable. No public county warrant roster was found in the official review. Clear office roles help readers start with the case record and confirm status with the court or Sheriff.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant checks: how to use MyCase and official confirmation channels
- Current status: why an active warrant search needs court confirmation
- Missed hearings: how a bench warrant can arise
- Arrest orders: how an arrest warrant is issued and served
- Resolution: how counsel, appearances, bond, or court motions may fit
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource with no government affiliation. Its limits include:
- We cannot conduct an official check or verify a warrant
- We cannot recall, quash, remove, or clear an order
- We do not accept bond, court costs, or payments
- We cannot schedule surrender or a hearing
- We do not provide legal advice
- We cannot promise every detail remains current
Only the issuing court or authorized Sheriff's staff can confirm status. Any recall or quash must come from the court.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their services, prices, results, and privacy practices. A paid enrollment may generate a referral fee that supports operations. Third-party results are not official Miami County warrant confirmations.
